Ricky Huang
Ricky was previously the Director of Training and Head Debate Coach at the University of Oxford, where he developed curricula and taught over 500 competitive debaters. As a competitor, Ricky won the Indo-Pacific Debating Championship, reached Open Finals (2nd Best Speaker) at the North American University Debating Championship, and made Open Semifinals (3rd best speaker) at the Oxford IV. He has taught Speech Debate courses at more than 10 universities and 20 high schools worldwide. His students have won major awards at World University Debating Championship, Oxford IV, and Australasian Debating Championship.

Peregrine Beckett

Peregrine has coached students to win the Tournament of Champions, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and numerous other major competitions. As a competitor, Peregrine placed 3rd in the United States in both high school and college and spent time ranked 1st in the nation. He has championed 8 tournaments, including the Mid America Cup, was the top preliminary speaker at Harvard, and reached finals of both Harvard and Yale.
Tasmia Rahman
Tasmia is a University of California, Berkeley graduate with a diverse professional background that has uniquely positioned to contribute to the development and success of students in speech and debate. Having worked at pioneering startups at the forefront of the healthcare and technology sector as well as experience in venture capital at the heart of Silicon Valley, she is equipped with a keen understanding of innovation and strategic growth. Tasmia is dedicated to excellence and evidence-based strategies, which she leverages to drive significant advancements in Atlantic Ivy's programs and to ensure students reach their highest potential.
